Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Bharat Ratna In Lucknow, India, there is an international cricket venue called Ekana Cricket venue, or just Ekana Cricket Stadium. With a capacity of 50,000, this venue ranks as India's fifth-largest international cricket stadium. The stadium's previous name of "Ekana Cricket Stadium" bears important symbolism and importance. The Sanskrit word "ekana" means "one" or "unity" in English. Later, it was given the name of the former Indian Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee, by the GoUP.
Among all the stadiums in India, this one has the straightest boundaries that are the longest. Both the IPL team Lucknow Super Giants and the Uttar Pradesh cricket team call this arena their home ground.
The cricket squad from Afghanistan called it home in 2019.
